By accessing this website or engaging FAI DIGITAL LLC for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide digital marketing, creative, web development and e-commerce dropshipping setup and management services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or service agreement.

Fees are payable in USD in advance unless otherwise agreed. Monthly retainers renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the relevant platforms.

Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, accurate information and approvals needed to deliver the services, and are responsible for ensuring their products comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Marketing and e-commerce outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, ranking or advertising results.

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them, including store designs and creative assets. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
