Refund Policy

At FAI DIGITAL LLC, we want every client to be satisfied. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our services.

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun. Once store development starts, a 50% refund is available until the first design draft is delivered.

After delivery of the first draft, payments are non-refundable — but we offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope until the store meets our quality standard.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice, after the initial onboarding term.

Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is not refundable by FAI DIGITAL LLC.
